French style manor in the center of Bucharest wa built by architector Grigore Cerchez in 1915. in addition, this is a copy of famous french hotel Biron in Paris. Manor has name «Manu-Aushnitt House».

First owner of this house was son of General Manu, prime minister Romania. Renovation of Manu-Aushnitt House was done in 2006. Nowadays, this is historical monument in Bucharest.

One time the Embassy of Argentina is located in in this House. Also, residents of Bucharest house is known as the Palace of Gigi Becali, famous Romanian politician and business men.
